칼리 레이 젭슨(Carly Rae Jepsen, 1985년 11월 21일 ~ ) 캐나다 싱어송라이터. 2007년 《캐나디안 아이돌》 시즌 5에서 3위를 했고, 캐나디안 아이돌 탑3 콘서트 투어를 했다. 《캐나디안 아이돌》 이후 2008년 9월 30일 메이플뮤직 레코딩과 계약해 데뷔 앨범 Tug of War를 발매했다. 3년뒤인 2011년 캐나다에 있는 레이블 604 레코드와 계약했고, 새로운 싱글 "Call Me Maybe"를 발매했다. 같은 해 2월 14일에는 Curiosity라는 제목의 EP 앨범을 발매했다. 2012년 2월 저스틴 비버는 자신의 매니저 스쿠터 브라운에게 젭슨을 소개했다. 이를 계기로 젭슨은 인터스코프 레코드, 스쿨보이 레코드와 레이블 계약을 체결하게 되었고, 미국을 포함한 세계적인 인기를 얻게 된다.
