전설의 포크 듀엣 사이먼 앤 가펑클 5집 수록곡으로 한국인이 좋아하는 팝송100에 늘 선정이 되는 지금도 널리 애창되는 노래 - 엘 콘도르 파샤 (The Condor Passes, 철새는 떠나가고 or 철새는 날아가고) 1970년 빌보드핫 18위, 오스트리아, 독일, 스페인, 스위스 등에서 1위를 기록했다.
El Cóndor Pasa는 1913년 D. Robles 가 만든 곡으로 Lima의 Teatro Mazzi에서 처음 불리어 졌다. 1965년 폴 사이먼이 Los Incas 밴드가 이 곡을 연주하는 것을 우연히 듣게 되고, 가사를 붙여 1970년에 El Condor Pasa (If I Could)라는 제목으로 발표하게 된다. 하지만, 폴 사이먼은 원곡자 이름을 잘 알지 못해 원곡자인 D. Robles 이름이 빠진 상태로 노래를 발표하게 되고 D. Robles의 아들 Armando Robles Godoy이 소송을 벌여 원곡자가 D. Robles임을 분명히 밝히게 된다. 단지, 이 소송은 원곡자가 누구인지를 알리기 위한 소송으로 악의적인(돈을 요구하는) 소송은 아니었다.
