2007년 싱글앨범 'Hometown Glory'로 공식데뷔, 다음 해 2008년 1월 1집 앨범”19”로 영국 UK 차트 1위, 브릿어워드 2개부문 수상, 그래미 시상식 신인상, 최고 여자 가수상 수상, 1집 앨범”19”는 영국에서 멀티플 플래티넘, 미국은 골드레코드 달성

여기서 19는 당시 그녀의 나이를 제목으로 삼은 것.

그리고 2011년 2집 발매, 역시 그녀의 나이 21을 따서 “21
