[Introduce Singer] 미국 아카펠라 그룹 Pentatonix

펜타토닉스(Pentatonix)는 미국 The Sing-Off 3번째 시즌 우승 그룹. 이 대회 우승으로 200,000달러를 손에 쥐었고, 소니와 녹음 계약을 맺게 되었다. 펜타토닉스(Pentatonix)라는 이름은 케빈이 제안한 이름으로, "Pentatonic scale(5음계)"에서 따와 만들었다. 그룹원들은 이 이름이 그들의 구성인원과 딱 맞는다고 생각하였기 때문이다. 좀더 매력적으로 보이기 위해서 마지막 철자를 "c"에서 "x"로 바꾸었다.

미치 그래시(Mitch Grassi) 남자임에도 불구하고 아주 높고 아름다운 목소리를 가지고 있다.

스콧 호잉(Scott Hoying) 스콧 호잉은 싱어송 라이터이다.

아비 카플랜(Avi Kaplan) 베이스 역할을 맞고 있다. 아비의 특기는 "Overtone"으로써, 동시에 두개의 톤 즉, 동시에 두개의 소리를 낼 수 있다.
