셀린 디옹(Céline Marie Claudette Dion, 셀린 마리 클로데트 디옹 CC, OQ, 1968년 3월 30일~) 캐나다 출신 싱어송라이터, 배우, 사업가. 캐나다 퀘벡 주 사를마뉴의 빈곤한 가정에서 태어나 당시 매니저였던 ‘르네 안젤리’의 도움으로 프랑스어 음반을 녹음하게 되고, 금새 스타로 떠오르게 된다. 1990년 첫번째 영어 앨범 Unison을 발매한다. 이후 1997년 영화 타이타닉의 주제가를 불러 세계적인 명성을 얻었다.
디옹이 가수로서 성공을 거두기 전, 1982년 일본 야마하 송라이터 대회에서 금메달을 땄었고, 유로비전 음악경연대회에서도 우승을 하며 1980년대 에도 국제적 인정을 받고 있었다. 1980년대 초 프랑스 앨범의 발매에 이어 1986년 CBS 레코드 캐나다와 계약했다. 1990년대 안젤리의 도움으로 그녀는 대중 음악 역사상 가장 성공적인 아티스트중 한 명이 되었고, 에픽 레코드와 계약한 후 프랑스어 앨범과 영어 앨범을 발매하며 세계적인 여성 가수가 된다. 그러나, 그녀가 한참 전성기를 맞이하고 있었을 때 셀린의 남편은 후두암 진단을 받아 가족과 함께하는 휴식기를 가졌다. 그리고 2002년부터 다시 활동을 재개하였다.
디옹은 세계적으로 가창력을 인증 받아 미국에서는 '3대 디바'로도 불린다. 영국에서 싱글을 이백만장 이상 판매한 기록을 보유한 유일한 여성 아티스트이기도 하다. 2004년 이후 그녀의 앨범 판매량은 1억 7천만장이 넘었으며 2004년 월드 뮤직 어워드에서 '초파드 다이아몬드 어워드'를 수상하였다. 소니 뮤직 엔터테인먼트에 따르면, 디옹은 세계적으로 2억장 이상의 판매고를 올리고 있다.
