[introduce] 가스펠 가수 에이미 리 그랜트 소개
에이미 리 그랜트(Amy Lee Grant, 1960년 11월 25일 ~ , 미국 조지아 주 오거스타) 미국 싱어송라이터, 주장르 CCM, 팝. 베스트셀러 작가, 텔레비전 배우로도 유명.
십대인 1977년에 데뷔 2년 후에는 그의 곡이 크리스찬 라디오 차트에 1위로 올랐다. 1982년 내놓은 앨범 《Age to Age》는 플래티넘 음반이 되었다.
1985년에 이르러 그녀의 음악은 크게 성공을 거두었고 음반 《Unguarded》는 CCM이 아닌 주류 가요 차트에 올랐다. 1991년 나온 《Heart In Motion》이 지금까지 가장 많이 팔린 음반이며, 싱글 곡으로는 〈Baby Baby〉가 가장 유명하다.
1990년대와 2000년대 초까지는 가스펠적인 요소가 없는 팝음악 활동을 하다가 2002년 《Legacy...Hymns and Faith》으로 CCM으로 돌아온다. 2006년 NBC에 〈Three Wishes〉에 출연.
