브리트니 스피어스는 2010년 7월, 미국의 연예사이트 할리스쿱에서 보도한 자료를 따르면 브리트 스피어스는 지난 10년간 총 1억 장 이상의 음반을 팔아치웠다. 대한민국에서도 130만 장의 판매고를 올렸다. 또한 빌보드가 발표한 2000–10 음반 판매량 순위에서는 8위에 랭크 되었다. 또한 미국에서 브리트니 스피어스는 2000년대 음반을 가장 많이 판 여성 가수이다. 2010년 7월에는 잡지 《포보스》가 가장 영향력 있는 100대 저명 인사를 선정하였는데, 브리트니는 6위에 올랐다. 이 순위에서 가수로는 3위에 해당했다. 또한 투어 공연으로 1억 4000만 달러를 기록하여 가수 중엔 최고로 뽑혔다.
