Why was the development of the browser so significant for the growth of the Web?
☞웹브라우저는 주요목적이 웹페이지를 보여주는 프로그램이다. 웹 서버에서 쌍방향 통신하는 HTML 문서나 파일과 연동하고 출력하는 응용 소프트웨어이다. 개인용 컴퓨터에서 주로 사용하는 브라우저는 마이크로소프트 인터넷 익스플로러, 모질라 파이어폭스, 오페라, 사파리 등이다. 브라우저는 흔히 쓰는 사용자 에이전트의 하나다. 링크된 문서들의 가장 큰 집합은 월드 와이드 웹이다.
브라우저의 발전은 개인의 웹을 검색하거나 링크, 개인 블러그등의 제작 등을 용이하게 함으로써 웹의 사용을 증가시키게 된다.
